If you are booking sessions after midnight, they must be booked at least 6 hours prior to your arrival so your session can be set up properly.
When should I show up for my session?
Sanctuary Studios recommends individuals show up around 5-15 minutes in advance. Session times will not be pushed back for individuals who show up late. Your start time is your start time. Therefore, showing up early to the studio doesn’t give you the right to begin your session earlier than the designated time.
What happens if I miss my session?
If a client misses an appointment without notifying the studio, the session deposit will NOT be refunded. No payments will be kept on file to use at a later time, and the missed session will not be able to be rescheduled.
What is your deposit policy?
Our policy requires a 50% booking deposit. Deposits must be paid at the time of booking to secure the desired time slot and be put on the calendar. All deposit rates are subject to change based on the total volume of hours booked.
Do you mix and master?
Yes, we offer online mixing and mastering services. Please check our services tab for more information.

Does your price include a recording engineer?
Yes it does, if you would like to bring your own engineer the price remains the same.
Can we smoke in the room?
Yes, smoking in the room is permitted.
Do our rooms have recording booths?
Yes, each room has its own recording booth.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will only be given to clients that cancel their session up to 24 hours in advance. Clients who don’t notify our staff of their cancellation within the 24-hour window will forfeit their deposit as well as their session time slot.
What is your rescheduling policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled up to one time after the initial booking, so long as it is done 24 hours in advance from the session start time.
Does your studio save my music on a hard drive?
Yes we do , but Sanctuary Studios asks that the client bring an external hard drive or have access to a cloud drive so that all files from the session can be transferred over in the last 10 minutes of the session. Sanctuary Studios is not liable for any session files once the session has ended.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Sanctuary Studios accepts all forms of payment, including all credit cards, cash, Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo. For credit card payments and CashApp a 3.75% processing fee will be added to the total bill.
